Welcome to the 44bb platform. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") forms a legal agreement between you and 44bb ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions & Applicability

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "User" or "Member" — any person who has registered or is attempting to register on the 44bb platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal profile on the platform, which holds funds, bet history and personal information.
• "Service" — all online betting, casino gaming and related features provided through 44bb.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Money paid from account funds on the outcome of a specific event or game.
• "Bonus" — any additional funds or benefits provided for promotional purposes, which are subject to separate bonus terms.

These Terms apply to all pages, services and applications of 44bb. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policies are also an integral part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Membership

2.1 Age Restriction

Registration and use of the 44bb platform is available only to individuals aged 21 or older. It is strictly prohibited for any underage person to open or use an account. We may request identity documents at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. It is strictly prohibited for the same person to create multiple accounts or to use a third party's account. If an attempt to operate multiple accounts from the same device, internet connection or payment method is detected, all accounts may be suspended.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. If false information is provided, 44bb reserves the right to cancel the account and seize the funds. If any of your details change, you must notify the support team immediately.

3. Account Security

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Always log out after accessing from a public or shared device.
• Giving account access to a third party is prohibited — any transactions made in such cases will be treated as valid.
• Reporting suspicious activity promptly is the user's responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 44bb platform: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). Only use a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved. Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — options for transferring funds may be limited.

4.4 Source of Funds

Users must confirm that deposited funds come from a legitimate source. If evidence of funds from an illegal source is found, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

44bb offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → bonus ৳10,000 → total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry period; any unused bonus is cancelled once that period ends.
• Certain betting restrictions may apply when using a bonus.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 44bb reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to a third party.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or clearly incorrect information being displayed is proven. 44bb's decision is final when determining the outcome of any betting market.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bets will be declared void and the original stake returned to the user's account. The applicable rules may vary depending on the type of event.

6.3 System Errors

44bb is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, disconnections or software issues. However, the platform reserves the right to correct any clearly incorrect payouts (such as unusually high or low amounts).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44bb platform:

• Placing bets through fraudulent activity, bots or automated software.
• Using any strategy or matched betting to exploit bonus terms.
• Completing transactions using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security through hacking, phishing or any other means.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Annoying, threatening or harassing other users.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or benefits by creating or using multiple accounts.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 44bb reserves the right to close the account immediately and seize all funds.

8. Limitation of Liability

44bb is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, the platform's liability is limited in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues or device problems.
• Errors by third-party software or game providers.
• Financial losses resulting from a user's own negligence or poor decisions.
• Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.).

In any situation, 44bb's maximum liability will be limited to the funds available in the user's account.

10.2 Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time through the support team. If there are any pending bets at the time of closure, they will be settled according to their outcome. It is recommended to withdraw all available funds before submitting a closure request.

10.3 Termination by the Platform

44bb may suspend or cancel an account without notice for a breach of the Terms, fraud or any other reasonable cause. Whether legitimate funds are returned in such cases will depend on the circumstances.
